Delivery takes place within Germany, Austria and the EU member states.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany and Austria: We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.00 per order. Deliveries to EU member states: We charge a flat shipping fee to other EU countries as follows: €9.95. For deliveries outside the EU (worldwide rate), we charge a flat rate of €27.00.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery will take place within 3-5 days in Germany, and within 5-7 days for international deliveries after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
