Dispute resolution

According to EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution in consumer matters, as of January 9, 2016, consumers have the option of settling disputes with businesses in connection with online sales contracts or online service contracts out of court via an online platform (ODR platform). This platform is set up by the EU Commission and can be accessed via the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
