The Portuguese brand NAE has been a core member of our core manufacturers for years, and for good reason. Nae stands for "No Animal Exploitation" – founded in 2008, the Portuguese brand is one of the first 100% vegan footwear brands we've added to our range.

NAE's shoes are all purely vegan and are manufactured in Portugal using the most sustainable materials and natural raw materials possible. NAE also places great emphasis on fair working conditions.

In purely fashion terms, the name NAE stands for elegant Portuguese design, which almost always exudes a distinctly summery feel. A distinctive feature is certainly the prominent role that the renewable raw material cork plays in the brand's model range. NAE offers not only sandals and pumps, but also low shoes and even boots made of cork.
